摘 要:武术既是中国优秀的传统文化,又是中华人民智慧的结晶,是中华民族的一笔精神财富。中国的武术历史悠久,从古代的太极拳到近代的各种动作,都是在不断地发展和演变的,这也反映出它的独特之处。随着社会的发展,人们对体质的要求不断提高。同时,还应加强武术运动员的动作协调性。武术动作的协调性主要体现在动作、力量、速度和耐力上,在平时的训练中要加强对身体协调性的训练。基于此,该文主要从武术套路训练中提高运动协调能力的意义、原则以及方法三个方面对武术套路训练中提高运动协调能力进行了探究。Wushu is not only the excellent traditional culture of China,but also the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese people,and is a spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation.Chinese martial arts have a long history,from ancient Tai Chi to modern movements,are constantly developing and evolving,which also reflects its unique features.With the development of society,people's requirements for physical fitness are constantly improving.At the same time,we should strengthen the coordination of martial arts athletes.The coordination of martial arts movement is mainly reflected in the movement,strength,speed and endurance.In the usual training,it is necessary to strengthen the training of the coordination of the body in order to effectively improve the coordination of the body.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the meaning,principle and method of improving the coordination ability in wushu routine training.
