科学健身的研究现状、热点与趋势——基于CiteSpace知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：为更好地把握科学健身的发展现状及研究趋势,该文利用CiteSpace软件,对中国知网2004—2024年收录的有关科学健身的相关文献进行可视化分析。研究发现:科学健身的年度发文量呈现波动状态,需要寻找创新点以增强对科学健身的研究;研究学者没有形成集中群,大多处于分散状态,且研究机构主要集中于体育学院;研究焦点集中于“科学健身”“健康中国”“全民健康”“体卫融合”等主题。展望未来,要坚持胸怀天下,创新中国科学健身研究的呈现方式,强化话语建构。To better understand the current development status and research trends in scientific fitness,this paper utilizes CiteSpace software to conduct a visual analysis of related literature on scientific fitness collected by CNKI from 2004 to 2024.The study finds that the annual volume of publications on scientific fitness shows fluctuations,indicating the need for innovative points to enhance research in this field.Research scholars have not formed a concentrated group and are mostly dispersed,with research institutions primarily concentrated in sports colleges.The research focuses on themes such as"scientific fitness,""Healthy China,""national health,"and"integration of sports and health."Looking to the future,we should maintain a global perspective,innovate the presentation of Chinese scientific fitness research,and strengthen discourse construction.
