电炉配加生铁块对炼钢影响研究

摘  要:以某公司2#Consteel电炉生产的Q195钢为研究对象,通过实验研究了全废钢和配加20%生铁块对电炉炼钢的影响。实验结果表明:电炉冶炼过程配加一定量生铁块能够降低钢水氮质量分数,加生铁块炉次电炉终点钢水平均氮质量分数(46×10^(-6))低于不加生铁块炉次电炉终点钢水平均氮质量分数(53×10^(-6));加生铁块后易导致钢水中P、S质量分数升高,通过增加石灰加入量能够有效降低钢水中P、S质量分数,使加生铁块后电炉终点钢水P、S质量分数与不加生铁块相当,应根据不同钢种对P、S质量分数要求匹配好石灰和生铁块加入量;生铁块中Ni、Cr、Cu、Mo等残余元素质量分数很低,加生铁块能够稀释钢液中残余元素质量分数,降低电炉终点残余元素质量分数。Q195 steel produced by 2#Consteel EAF of Zhang Xuan Technology was studied,and the influence of all scrap steel and the addition of 20%pig iron blocks on electric furnace steelmaking was studied through experiments.The experimental results show that the nitrogen mass fraction of molten steel can be reduced by adding a certain amount of pig iron block.The average nitrogen mass fraction(46×10^(-6))of the endpoint steel level in the EAF with added iron blocks is lower than that in the EAF without added iron blocks(53×10^(-6)).Adding raw iron blocks can easily lead to an increase in the mass fraction of P and S in molten steel.By increasing the amount of lime added,the mass fraction of P and S in molten steel can be effectively reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to match the lime and the addition amount of pig iron blocks.The mass fraction of residual elements such as Ni,Cr,Cu and Mo in pig iron block is very low.Adding pig iron block can dilute the mass fraction of residual elements in molten steel and reduce the mass fraction of residual elements at the end of electric furnace.
