摘 要:针对高炉热风炉的智能化燃烧控制系统,旨在提高生产效率、延长设备寿命,同时减少能源消耗与环境影响。系统解决传统热风炉在燃烧效率、稳定性、安全性和环境保护方面的诸多挑战。通过技术创新,不仅解决热风炉运行中存在的具体问题,也在智能化、自动化控制技术领域内探索新可能性,助力钢铁行业环保节能和智能制造。采用了机器学习算法,实现了数据驱动的实时分析和自适应控制,优化了燃烧参数,提升了操作的实时性、准确性和自动化水平。结合高性能的硬件网络,确保了操作精度和响应的及时性,显著提升了生产效能和能源利用率。软件配置负责数据流动处理到决策执行,通过数据预处理、机器学习和数据分析平台以及用户交互层,实现了系统的高效处理、准确预测和及时响应,全面提升了热风炉系统的能效和性能。It focuses on the intelligent combustion control system of blast furnace hot blast stove,aiming at improving production efficiency,extending equipment life,and reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.The system solves many challenges of traditional hot blast stove in combustion efficiency,stability,safety and environmental protection.Through technological innovation,it not only solves the specific problems existing in the operation of hot blast furnaces,but also explores new possibilities in the field of intelligent and automated control technology to help the steel industry environmental protection,energy saving and intelligent manufacturing.Machine learning algorithm is adopted to realize data-driven real-time analysis and adaptive control,optimize combustion parameters,and improve the real-time,accuracy and automation level of operation.Combined with a high-performance hardware network,it ensures operational accuracy and timeliness of response,significantly improving production efficiency and energy utilization.The software configuration is responsible for data flow processing to decision execution,and through data preprocessing,machine learning and data analysis platforms,as well as user interaction layers,the system can achieve efficient processing,accurate prediction and timely response,and comprehensively improve the energy efficiency and performance of the hot blast stove system.
