摘 要:随着全球能源需求的不断增长和能源资源的日益枯竭,在工业生产过程中,锅炉是常见的能源消耗设备,其燃烧产生的烟气携带着大量的热能直接排放到大气中,造成了能源的浪费和环境的污染。因此,如何有效利用工业锅炉烟气中的余热成为一项重要的节能技术和研究热点。工业锅炉烟气中蕴藏的余热资源巨大,如果能够进行有效回收利用,不仅可以降低能源消耗,减少企业的生产成本,还可以减少对环境的污染,实现资源的可持续利用。先对工业锅炉烟气回收现状进行了分析,讨论工业锅炉烟气回收存在的问题,并对工业锅炉烟气余热回收系统节能改造方案进行探讨,以期为工业锅炉烟气余热回收技术的推广应用提供科学的理论依据和实践经验,为工业节能减排工作做出积极贡献。With the continuous growth of global energy demand and the increasing depletion of energy resources,boilers are common energyconsuming equipments in the process of industrial production,and the flue gas produced by its combustion carries a large amount of heat energy directly discharged into the atmosphere,which results in the waste of energy and pollution of the environment.Therefore,how to effectively use the waste heat in the flue gas of industrial boilers has become an important energy-saving technology and research hotspot.Industrial boiler flue gas contains a huge resource of waste heat,if it can be effectively recycled,not only can reduce energy consumption,reduce the production cost of enterprises,but also reduce the pollution of the environment,to achieve the sustainable use of resources.It first analyses the current situation of industrial boiler flue gas recovery,discusses the problems of industrial boiler flue gas recovery,and discusses the industrial boiler flue gas waste heat recovery system energy saving and transformation programmes,in order to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the popularization and application of industrial boiler flue gas waste heat recovery technology and practical experience,and make a positive contribution to industrial energy saving and emission reduction work.
