摘 要:矿用热风炉在矿山行业中扮演着至关重要的角色,用于加热矿石或其他物料,以便在后续的生产过程中进行加工或提取所需的矿物资源。然而,矿用热风炉的安全性和效率却一直是矿山企业关注的重点。在运行过程中,热风炉内的火焰状态直接影响着其热能输出和燃烧效率,同时也关系到设备的稳定性和安全性。传统的热风炉监控方法往往依赖于人工巡检和经验判断,存在着监控不到位、实时性差等问题。而随着科技的发展,火焰监控系统作为一种自动化监测手段,逐渐成为提高热风炉安全性和生产效率的重要途径。先探讨了新型矿用热风炉的结构以及特点,分析传统矿用热风炉火焰检测方法的缺陷,结合火焰图像监测原理,并对系统的硬件以及软件设计做出探讨,希望能够准确监测热风炉内火焰的状态,并及时发现异常情况,以保障生产过程的安全稳定运行。Mine hot blast stove plays a crucial role in the mining industry,used to heat ore or other materials in order to process or extract the required mineral resources in the subsequent production process.However,the safety and efficiency of mine hot blast stove have always been the focus of attention of mining enterprises.In the process of operation,the flame state in the stove directly affects its heat output and combustion efficiency,but also relates to the stability and safety of the equipment.The traditional monitoring method of hot blast stove often relies on manual inspection and experience judgment,and there are some problems such as inadequate monitoring and poor real-time performance.With the development of science and technology,flame monitoring system,as an automatic monitoring means,has gradually become an important way to improve the safety and production efficiency of hot blast furnaces.It first discusses the structure and characteristics of the new mine hot blast stove,analyzes the defects of the traditional mine hot blast stove flame detection method,combines the flame image monitoring principle,and discusses the hardware and software design of the system,hoping to accurately monitor the state of the flame in the hot blast stove,and timely detect abnormal conditions,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production process.
