摘　　要：猕猴桃是一种多年生藤本植物,其雌雄异株的特性使得性别鉴别在其育种过程中具有重要意义.本文对三种已开发的猕猴桃性别鉴定分子标记进行了收集与评估,分别为SmY1、S1032和FrBy.结果表明,SmY1和FrBy对雄株鉴定准确率为25%,雌株鉴定准确率为100%,S1032在供试雌雄样本中均无法扩增出特异性条带,未能表现出明显的性别特异性.本研究设计并筛选出一对新的引物Fr-1,通过对89份已知性别的猕猴桃样本进行雌雄株鉴定,准确率达100%.且对于实生幼苗性别鉴定时能够扩增出稳定的条带,具有实际应用价值.Fr-1标记鉴定猕猴桃性别准确高效,可在育种实践中得到广泛应用.Kiwifruit is a perennial vine,and its dioecious nature makes sex identification important in its breeding process.This study collected and evaluated three sets of developed molecular markers for sex identification in kiwifruit:SmY1,S1032 and FrBy.The results showed that the accuracy of SmY1 and FrBy was 25%for male plants and 100%for female plants,while S1032 failed to amplify specific bands in both male and female samples,and did not show obvious sex specificity.In this study,a pair of new primers,Fr-1,was designed and screened to identify male and female plants of 89 kiwifruit samples with known sexes with 100%accuracy.Furthermore,when applied to seedling sex identification,Fr-1 amplified stable bands,demonstrating its practical application value.The Fr-1 marker provides accurate and efficient sex identification in kiwifruit,and can be widely used in breeding practice.
