摘  要:为揭示雌雄幼苗叶片功能性状的季节变化规律,本研究以青杨(Populus cathayana)雌雄幼苗为研究对象,分别测定叶片干物质含量、叶片含水量、碳同位素、叶全碳、叶全氮、碳氮比、总酚和缩合单宁8种植物叶片功能性状在春季、夏季和秋季的变化,进行了变异性分析、差异性检验、性状间的相关性分析和主成分分析.结果表明:1)青杨幼苗叶片功能性状的变异程度存在季节间差异.春季变异程度最大,秋季次之,夏季最小.2)春季叶片水分、碳、氮和总酚含量高,利于植株生长;秋季叶片干物质和缩合单宁含量显著增加.3)叶片功能性状的季节变化特征存在性别差异.雄株在春季水分利用效率更高,夏季总酚含量更高,秋季积累了更多的干物质;雌株则在秋季有较高的叶片含水量.总体来说,雄株有更好的抗逆性,雌株有更强的保水能力.4)雌雄青杨幼苗在不同季节具有不同的功能性状组合和相关关系;通过主成分分析表明,碳含量和氮含量分别可作为青杨雌株和雄株叶功能性状评价的主要指标.上述结果表明,青杨雌雄幼苗在不同季节的资源获取和利用策略存在显著不同,从而表现出对环境的不同适应能力.This study aimed to revealed the seasonal variation of leaf functional traits of male and female Populus cathayana seedlings,the changes of leaf dry matter content,leaf water content,carbon isotope,leaf total carbon,leaf total nitrogen,carbon to nitrogen ratio,total phenol and condensed tannin in spring,summer and autumn of male and female Populus cathayana seedlings were determined by the methods of variability analysis,difference testing and correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed:1)The degree of variation in indexes of Populus cathayana seedlings differed among seasons.The degree of variation was highest in spring,second highest in autumn and lowest in summer.2)Leaf water,carbon,nitrogen,and total phenol contents were high in spring,which was conducive to the growth of plants;and the dry matter and condensed tannin contents of leaves were significantly increased in autumn.3)Seasonal variations in the functional traits of leaves were sexually different.Male plants were more efficient in water use in spring,accumulated more total phenol content in summer and accumulated more dry matter in autumn,while female plants had higher leaf water content in autumn.Overall,males had better stress tolerance and females had stronger water retention capacity.4)Male and female Populus cathayana seedlings had different combinations and correlations of functional traits in different seasons.Principal component analysis showed that carbon content and nitrogen content could be used as the main indexes for leaf functional traits evaluation of male and female Populus cathayana,respectively.These results indicated that there were significant differences in resource acquisition and utilization strategies between male and female Populus cathayana seedlings in different seasons,which showed different adaptability to the environment.
