摘  要:通过正交试验设计,系统研究了高炉矿渣掺量、水玻璃模数、碱当量、聚甲醛(POM)纤维掺量对矿渣-偏高岭土基地质聚合物砂浆力学性能的影响,并探讨了各因素间的协同作用,以确定最优配合比。结果表明,当矿渣掺量为60%、水玻璃模数为1.3、碱当量为9%时,地聚物砂浆兼具优异的力学性能和较低的干燥收缩率。通过极差分析得出,碱当量对3 d期龄试样抗压强度和28 d期龄试样抗折强度的影响最为显著,而矿渣掺量对28 d期龄试样抗压强度和3 d期龄试样抗折强度的影响程度最高;相比之下,水玻璃模数对材料力学性能的影响始终较弱。此外,适量掺入POM纤维可有效提高地聚物砂浆的力学性能。The effects of blast furnace slag(BFS)content,water glass modulus,alkali concentration and polyformaldehyde(POM)fiber content on the mechanical properties of slag-metakaolin-based geopolymer mortar were systematically investigated through an orthogonal experimental design,and the synergistic effects of these factors were explored to determine the optimal mix proportion.The results indicate that the geopolymer mortar exhibits optimal comprehensive performance,combining excellent mechanical properties and low drying shrinkage,when the BFS content is 60%,the water glass modulus is 1.3,and the alkali equivalent is 9%.Range analysis reveals that the alkali equivalent has the most significant influence on the compressive strength of 3 day aged samples and flexural strength of 28 day aged samples,while the BFS content has the most significant influence on the compressive strength of 28 day aged samples and flexural strength of 3 day aged samples.In contrast,the water glass modulus has a consistently weaker effect on the mechanical properties of geopolymer mortar.Furthermore,the appropriate addition of POM fibers effectively enhances the comprehensive mechanical properties of the geopolymer mortar.
