摘 要:稀土阳离子既可增强高分子材料力学性能,又能赋予其荧光功能。通过E51型环氧树脂与色胺线性聚合得到了吲哚基环氧树脂(EPI),并利用稀土铽离子(Tb^(3+))与吲哚基环氧树脂形成阳离子-π相互作用,制备出一种高性能绿色荧光吲哚基环氧树脂(EPI-Tb)。研究表明:EPI-Tb在紫外光照射下发射波长为545 nm,拉伸强度(93 MPa)比EPI(57 MPa)提升了60%,断裂伸长率(9.7%)比EPI(5.1%)提升了90%;EPI-Tb溶解回收使用性能可保持在90%以上,其热分解温度(342℃)比EPI提高了64℃,说明其具有很好的热稳定性和可回收性。研究结果可供高性能环氧树脂材料的制备及其防伪应用参考。Rare earth cations can enhance the mechanical properties of polymer materials and endow them with fluorescent functions.Indole-based epoxy resin(EPI)was obtained by linear polymerization of E51 epoxy resin and serotonin,and a high-performance green fluorescent indole-based epoxy resin(EPI-Tb)was prepared by utilizing cation-πinteraction between rare earth terbium ion(Tb ^(3+))and indole-based epoxy resin.Research has shown that the emission wavelength of EPI-Tb under ultraviolet light irradiation is 545 nm,and the tensile strength(93 MPa)is 60%higher than EPI(57 MPa).The elongation at break(9.7%)is 90%higher than EPI(5.1%).The dissolution and recycling performance of EPI-Tb can be maintained at over 90%,and its thermal decomposition temperature(342℃)is 64℃higher than EPI,indicating that it has good thermal stability and recyclability.The research results can provide reference for the preparation of high-performance epoxy resin materials and their anti-counterfeiting applications.
