摘 要:为了提高环氧胶黏剂对低表面能材料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和聚丙烯(PP)的黏接性能,设计并合成了一系列含儿茶酚的聚合物,对PEEK和PP进行表面处理。结果表明:儿茶酚预聚物作为表面处理剂,显著改善了环氧胶黏剂对PEEK和PP的黏接性能,其拉伸剪切黏接强度较未进行表面处理样品分别提高了104%和46%,且显著高于传统的稀释环氧树脂预涂方法。儿茶酚聚合物作为新型表面处理剂可以有效提高环氧胶黏剂对低表面能材料的黏接性能。To enhance the adhesion performance of epoxy adhesives on low surface energy materials such as polyether ether ketone(PEEK)and polypropylene(PP),a series of polymers containing catechol groups were designed and synthesized for surface treatment of PEEK and PP.The results show that the catechol prepolymer as a surface treatment agent significantly improves the adhesion performance of epoxy adhesive on PEEK and PP,with an increase in tensile shear adhesive strength of 104%and 46%,respectively,compared to the samples without surface treatment,which is significantly higher than traditional surface treatment method of diluted epoxy resin pre-coating.As a new type of surface treatment agent,catechol polymer can effectively improve the adhesion performance of epoxy adhesives on low surface energy materials.
