摘  要:为了获得优良的1,3,5-三氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯(TATB)高效液相内标物质,设计合成了3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯酚(DATNP)、1,3,5-三甲氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯(TMATNB)、2,4,6-三硝基苯胺(TNAB)和N-甲基-2,4,6-三硝基苯胺(TNMAB)等TATB类似物,开展了其高效液相色谱、紫外可见光谱和稳定性等研究,并对内标物质进行了纯化和应用研究。结果表明:TNMAB可作为TATB高效液相色谱内标物质;经甲醇/乙酸乙酯重结晶,TNMAB的纯度达99.85%;以TNMAB作为高效液相内标物测定TATB纯度时,精度较高,满足高效液相内标法定量分析要求。In order to obtain excellent high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)internal standard substances for 1,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene(TATB),TATB analogues such as 3,5-diamino-2,4,6-trinitrophenol(DATNP),1,3,5-trimethylamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene(TMATNB),2,4,6-trinitroaniline(TNAB),and N-methyl-2,4,6-trinitroaniline(TNMAB)were designed and synthesized.Their HPLC spectra,UV-Vis spectroscopy,and stabilities were studied.And the purification and application of the obtained internal standards were studied.The results indicate that TNMAB can be used as the HPLC internal standard for TATB;TNMAB has a purity of 99.85%via recrystallization with MeOH/AcOEt;In the determination of the purities of TATB,the HPLC method using TNMAB as internal standard has good reproducibility and high precision,meeting the requirements of HPLC quantitative analysis.
