摘　　要：本文基于德州市水资源开发和利用现状,分析其存在的问题,并提出可持续利用的对策建议,为促进德州市水资源的可持续利用提供参考。Based on the current situation of water resources development and utilization in Dezhou Municipality,this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable utilization,in order to provide reference for promoting the sustainable utilization of water resources in Dezhou Municipality.
