摘 要:【目的】针对表贴式磁力齿轮存在的结构强度低和凸极磁阻式磁力齿轮存在的转矩脉动大的问题,提出了一种永磁体助磁的磁力齿轮结构。【方法】首先,介绍了该磁力齿轮的基本结构和工作原理,其内转子采用了与永磁体助磁式磁阻电动机相似的转子结构;其次,推导并获取了一种计算磁力齿轮内、外气隙磁密分布的解析式,分析了磁力齿轮特性;最后,以提高输出转矩和降低转矩脉动为目标,进行多目标优化,并通过有限元仿真验证了理论分析的准确性。【结果】研究为永磁体助磁的磁力齿轮设计提供了参考。[Objective] Aiming at the problems of low structural strength of surface-mounted magnetic gears and large torque pulsation of convex pole magnetic gears,a permanent magnet assisted magnetic gear was proposed.[Methods] Firstly,the basic structure and working principle of the magnetic gear were introduced.The inner rotor adopted a rotor structure similar to that of a permanent magnet assisted reluctance motor.Secondly,an analytical formula for calculating the magnetic flux density distribution of the internal and external air gaps of magnetic gears was derived and obtained,and the characteristics of magnetic gears were analyzed.Finally,multi-objective optimization design was carried out with the goal of increasing the electromagnetic torque and reducing the torque ripple.[Results] It provide a reference for the design of magnetic gears assisted by permanent magnets.
