摘　　要：本文研究市场准入管制放松对企业劳动收入份额的影响,以市场准入负面清单制度实施作为一项“准自然实验”,研究市场准入管制放松对企业劳动收入份额影响及机制,基于2010—2021年上市公司的微观数据,运用渐近双重差分模型评估了该政策对企业劳动收入份额的影响。研究发现:市场准入管制放松提高了企业劳动收入份额。市场准入管制放松通过提高市场竞争、提高劳动者溢价能力和优化要素组合从而增加企业劳动收入份额。市场准入管制放松对企业劳动收入份额的影响对于不同垄断程度企业、不同市场化程度地区企业、不同所有制企业以及不同大小规模企业存在差异。本文的研究让我们更加清楚地认识企业面对市场准入负面清单制度所采取的行动以及市场准入负面清单制度对企业劳动收入份额的影响。This paper studies the impact of deregulation of market access on the share of labor income of enterprises,taking the implementation of the negative list system of market access as a“quasi-natural experiment”,to study the impact and mechanism of deregulation of market access on the share of labor income of enterprises,and based on the micro-data of listed companies from 2010 to 2021.The progressive differential model is used to evaluate the effect of this policy on the labor income share of firms.The study finds that the deregulation of market access increases the share of labor income in enterprises.The deregulation of market access increases the share of enterprise labor income by increasing market competition,improving the ability of labor premium and optimizing the combination of factors.The impact of deregulation on the share of labor income is different for enterprises with different monopoly degree,industries with different monopoly degree,enterprises with different ownership and enterprises of different sizes.The research in this paper makes us understand more clearly the actions taken by enterprises in the face of the negative list system of market access and the impact of the negative list system of market access on the labor income share of enterprises.
