摘　　要：加快建设公正高效权威的社会主义司法制度,切实维护公平竞争的市场秩序是中国经济在高质量发展过程中促进人民共同富裕的重要举措。本文采用A股非金融上市公司数据,利用最高人民法院设立地方巡回法庭这一外生冲击,通过构建双重差分模型考察司法体制改革对劳动收入份额的影响。研究发现,司法体制改革能够提高劳动收入份额,在进行稳健性检验后结果仍然成立。机制分析表明,司法体制改革通过降低企业债务融资成本和促进人力资本升级,从而提高劳动收入份额。进一步研究发现,在融资约束较高的企业、法治环境不完善的地区和民营企业中,司法体制改革对劳动收入份额的影响更强。最后研究发现,司法体制改革在提高劳动收入份额的同时降低了资本收入份额,还能缩小高管和普通员工间的劳动收入差距。本文的研究不仅丰富了劳动收入份额影响因素和司法体制改革经济后果的相关文献,还为如何通过深化司法体制改革以改善收入分配格局提供政策启示。Accelerating the construction of a fair,efficient and authoritative socialist judicial system and effectively safeguarding the market order of fair competition are important measures to promote the common prosperity of the Chinese people in the process of high-quality economic development.This paper uses the data of A-share non-financial listed companies,takes the establishment of local circuit courts by the Supreme People’s Court as exogenous impact,and examines the impact of judicial system reform on labor income share by constructing a different-difference model.The study found that the reform of the judicial system can increase the labor share,and the results hold true after the robustness test.Mechanism analysis shows that the reform of the judicial system can improve the share of labor income by reducing the financing cost of corporate debt and promoting the upgrading of human capital.Further research finds that in enterprises with higher financing constraints,regions with imperfect legal environment and private enterprises,the impact of judicial system reform on labor income share is stronger.Finally,the research finds that the reform of the judicial system not only increases the share of labor income but also squeezes out the share of capital income,but also Narrows the gap between the labor income of senior executives and ordinary employees.The research in this paper enriches the relevant literature on the factors affecting labor income share and the economic consequences of judicial system reform.It not only provides policy implications for how to improve the income distribution pattern by deepening the judicial system reform,but also provides empirical evidence to help achieve common prosperity and Chinese-style modernization.
