摘 要:在经济面临出口与房地产下行的双重压力下,亟须重新解读中国出口贸易的独特影响因素。中国不同类型土地出让之间的价差是出口贸易增加的重要条件。本文运用中国五大城市群2007-2021年地级市及以上城市数据进行实证分析,考察地价级差(商住用地和工业用地的价格剪刀差)对出口贸易的影响及其影响渠道。研究发现:地价级差能促进出口贸易,其是出口贸易增长的重要条件;渠道检验发现地价级差主要通过工业用地补贴来促进出口贸易增长;高房价能加强地价级差对出口贸易的作用。进一步发现,在城市规模较小的地区、基础设施水平更完善以及财政压力较大的地区,地价级差的促进作用更明显。本文丰富了出口贸易的中国经验研究,也启发了房价上涨对贸易的历史作用。Facing the dual pressure of export and real estate downturn,it is urgent to re-interpret the unique factors affecting China's export trade.The price difference between different types of land transfer in China is an important condition for the increase of export trade.This paper uses the data of prefecture-level cities and above in China’s five major urban agglomerations from 2007 to 2021 for empirical analysis,and examines the impact of land price difference on export trade and its influencing channels.The research finds that land price difference can promote export trade;the channel test finds that land price difference mainly promotes export trade through industrial land subsidies;and high housing prices can strengthen the effect of land price difference on export trade.Furthermore,it is found that in areas with smaller urban scales,more perfect infrastructure and greater financial pressure,the promotion effect of land price difference is more obvious.This paper enriches the empirical research on China’s export trade,and also inspires the historical role of housing price increase on trade.
