摘 要:1.Exercise enhances muscle function and insulin sensitivity Skeletal muscle plays a fundamental role in not only locomotion, but also systemic metabolism. In people with type 2 diabetes, skeletal muscle is a major site of insulin resistance, with impaired insulin signaling and reduced glucose transport activity contributing to metabolic dysfunction.
