摘 要:为满足实际工程中对太赫兹波段的雷达隐身探测、电磁干扰的屏蔽等需求,设计一种由涂覆在长方体聚乙烯介质表面的环形内部加载T形、外部加载线形的金属贴片所组成的频率选择表面(FSS)单元结构。利用基于有限元方法的HFSS仿真软件对该FSS的性能进行分析并优化。所设计的FSS单元结构阻带覆盖1.54~3.29 THz,传输零点的电磁波可被衰减约74.3 dB,有较好的阻带性能,并且可通过调节单元结构相关参数来调整其阻带范围;该FSS在TE、TM极化下,角度稳定性可达45°。所设计的用于太赫兹波段的带阻型FSS对不同极化状态入射的电磁波均具有良好的阻带性能和较强的角度稳定性,能满足实际工程需要。In order to meet the demands of radar stealth detection in the THz(terahertz)band and electromagnetic interference shielding in practical engineering applications,a frequency-selective surface(FSS)unit structure composed of metal patches coated on the surface of a cuboid polyethylene medium,with a ring-shaped internal loading of T-shaped patches and external loading of linear patches is designed.The performance of the FSS is analyzed and optimized by means of the HFSS simulation software based on the finite element method.The designed FSS unit structure has the bandstop coverage of 1.54~3.29 THz,and the electromagnetic wave at the transmission zero point can be attenuated by about 74.3 dB,with good stopband performance.The bandstop range can be adjusted by adjusting the relevant parameters of the unit structure.The FSS has an angular stability of up to 45°under TE and TM polarization.The designed bandstop FSS for the THz band can exhibit excellent bandstop performance and strong angular stability for electromagnetic waves incident with different polarization states,thus meeting the practical engineering requirements.
