摘 要:为了对电动汽车电机的健康状况进行动态监测,开发一套基于云服务器和数字孪生的电动汽车电机在线健康监测系统。该系统由车载数据采集与传输终端和云端健康监测平台两部分组成。车载终端采集车辆电机状态数据,并通过5G无线网络传输至云服务器。基于云端微服务架构,集成数字孪生驱动的设备健康预测算法,实现了电机数据的实时监测和健康状况的动态预测。同时,为方便用户随时查看电机健康状态及其变化趋势,设计开发了一个人机交互的Web网页。实验结果表明,所提系统能够动态监测电机健康状态,为电机的维护和管理提供决策支持。In order to dynamic monitoring the health status of electric vehicle(EV)motors,an online EV motors health monitoring system based on cloud servers and digital twins is proposed.The system is composed of two parts:an onboard data acquisition and transmission terminal,and a cloud-based health monitoring platform.The onboard terminal can collect vehicle motor state data,which is then transmitted to the cloud server via 5G wireless networks.Based on the micro-service architecture,the device health prediction algorithms driven by digital twins can be integrated by means of the cloud,realizing real-time monitoring of motor data and dynamic monitoring of its health condition.In order to facilitate users to check the health status of the motor and its changing trends at any time,a Web page realizing human-machine interaction is designed and developed.The results show that the proposed system can dynamically monitor the motor's health state,providing decision support for its maintenance and management.
