摘　　要：进入新时代,为加快实现东北全面振兴以及推动黑龙江冰雪经济高质量发展,需充分发挥冰雪体育旅游优势,建设冰雪体育旅游产业链。从东北全面振兴战略的视域出发,对黑龙江冰雪体育旅游产业链建设进行研究,旨在推动黑龙江冰雪体育旅游产业链高质量发展。目前东北全面振兴已进入质变期,聚焦此背景下黑龙江冰雪体育旅游产业链所面临的纵向困境、横向困境、认知困境、融合困境,提出相应的建设路径,即应从技术应用出发,提升产业链配套设施;加强产业竞争力,重视独特性和差异性;以信息化为载体,促进区域协调发展;提高产业集聚力,形成融合发展的趋势。In the new era,in order to accelerate the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China and promote the high-quality development of Heilongjiang region,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of ice and snow sports tourism and build an ice and snow sports tourism industry chain.This paper studies the construction of the ice and snow sports tourism industry chain in Heilongjiang from the perspective of the comprehensive revitalization strategy of Northeast China,aiming to promote the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports tourism industry chain in Heilongjiang Province.At present,the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China has entered a period of qualitative change,focusing on the vertical,horizontal,cognitive and integration dilemmas faced by the ice and snow sports tourism industry chain in Heilongjiang under this background.In this regard,the transmutation path is proposed,which should start from the application of technology to improve the supporting facilities of the industrial chain;strengthen industrial competitiveness,pay attention to uniqueness and difference;with informatization as the carrier,promote inter-regional coordinated development;Improve industrial agglomeration and form a trend of integrated development.
