摘  要:为了进一步探索氧化铝长丝织造工艺,设计氧化铝长丝/聚乙烯长丝包覆纱织造试验,通过正交试验研究包覆捻度、外包纤维线密度、张力牵伸倍数对包覆纱剥离阻力的影响。结果表明:采用线密度为5.56 tex的聚乙烯长丝作为氧化铝长丝的外包纤维,生产的包覆纱能解决氧化铝长丝易脆断、织造困难等问题;主要工艺参数对包覆纱剥离阻力的影响程度由大到小依次为包覆捻度、外包纤维线密度、张力牵伸倍数;当包覆捻度为500捻/m、外包纤维线密度为5.56 tex、张力牵伸倍数为1.05时,织造的氧化铝长丝机织物完整无损,无明显形变与透孔。In order to further explore the weaving process of alumina filament,the weaving test of alumina filament/polyethylene filament wrapped yarn is designed.The effects of the wrapped twist,the linear density of the outer fiber and the tension drafting ratio on the stripping resistance of the wrapped yarn are studied by orthogonal test.The results show that the wrapped yarn produced by using polyethylene filament with linear density of 5.56 tex as the outer fiber of alumina filament can solve the problems that alumina filament is brittle and difficult to weave.The influences of the main process parameters on the stripping resistance of the wrapped yarn are in the order of the covering twist,the linear density of the outer fiber and the tension drafting ratio.When the wrapped twist is 500 twist/m,linear density of the outer fiber is 5.56 tex,and the tension drafting ratio is 1.05,the woven alumina woven fabric is intact without obvious deformation and perforation.
