摘 要:为了解决细纱机中罗拉齿轮箱传统设计计算繁琐、效率低、体积大等问题,简述中罗拉齿轮箱设计要求及已知条件;以中罗拉齿轮箱体积最小为目标函数,确定约束条件并建立数学理论模型;以TH698系列全电子牵伸细纱机为例,基于Matlab软件进行程序设计,对给定实际参数进行优化计算。通过优化设计方案与常规设计的参数对比,指出:在满足强度、刚度和使用寿命的条件下,优化设计后的中罗拉齿轮箱的传动齿轮中心距减小约4.97%,传动齿轮箱的总体积减小约17.04%,满足纺纱工艺对罗拉隔距即时调整的需求。In order to solve the problems of traditional design of the mid-roller gear box of the spinning frame,such as complicated calculation,low efficiency and large volume etc.,the design requirements and known conditions of the mid-roller gear box are briefly described.Taking the minimum volume of the mid-roller gear box as the objective function,the constraint conditions are determined and the mathematical theoretical model is established.Taking TH698 series all-electronic drafting spinning frame as an example,the optimization calculation is carried out on the given actual parameters based on Matlab software for programming.By comparing parameters of the optimization design scheme and the conventional design scheme,it is pointed out that under the condition of satisfying the strength,stiffness and service life,the transmission gear center distance of the mid-roller gear box after the optimization design is reduced by about 4.97%,and the total volume of the transmission gear is reduced by about 17.04%,which can meet the needs of the real-time adjustment of the roller spacing distance in the spinning process.
