一种细纱机用理落管技术方案设想

摘　　要：为了提高细纱机集体落纱时的理落管速度及效率,基于客户需求和理落管技术现状,设想一种新型理落管技术方案。通过技术路线规划、方案设计、主要机构设计、系统构成设计以及理论计算,证实该方案切实可行。指出:采用预摆管技术及空管箱分离技术设计的理落管技术方案,理管效率和落管效率均可控,且系统构成简单、成本增加较少,能满足纺粗号纱产品及细纱机超长车集落提速的需求。In order to improve the speed and efficiency of tube sorting and dropping in the collective doffing of spinning frame,a new tube sorting and dropping technical scheme is proposed based on customer demand and current situation of tube sorting and dropping technology.The scheme is proved to be feasible through technical route planning,scheme design,main mechanism design,system composition design and theoretical calculation.It is pointed out that the technical scheme of tube sorting and dropping designed by using prelaying tube technology and empty tube box separation technology has controllable tube sorting efficiency and tube dropping efficiency,simple system structure and less cost increase,and can meet the needs of spinning coarse yarn products and speeding up the super-long vehicle collective doffing of spinning frame.
