梳理隔距对莱赛尔纤维成纱质量的影响

摘  要:为满足高品质织物的用纱需求,采用不同给棉板—刺辊隔距试纺1.33 dtex LF,1.22 dtex A100,1.00 dtex A100和1.33 dtex G100莱赛尔纤维纱,通过对比分析成纱质量指标探究不同梳理隔距对莱赛尔纤维成纱质量的影响。指出:给棉板—刺辊隔距对不同规格莱赛尔纤维成纱质量的影响程度由大到小依次为LF,G100,A100;适当增大给棉板—刺辊隔距,有利于减少莱赛尔纤维梳理短绒、提高成纱质量,但线密度过小的莱赛尔纤维不宜采用较大的给棉板—刺辊隔距。In order to meet the yarn requirements of high quality fabrics,1.33 dtex LF,1.22 dtex A100,1.00 dtex A100 and 1.33 dtex G100 Lyocell fibers yarn are spun at different gauge between feed plate and taker-in.The effect of different carding gauge on the yarn quality of Lyocell fiber is studied by comparing and analyzing the yarn quality index.It is pointed out that the influence of the gauge between feed plate and taker-in on the yarn quality of different Lyocell fibers is LF,G100 and A100 in order from large to small.Appropriately increasing the gauge between feed plate and taker-in is beneficial to reducing short fibers of Lyocell fiber carding and improving yarn quality,but it is not suitable to use larger gauge between feed plate and taker-in for Lyocell fiber with too small linear density.
