梳棉机用针布损伤部位探析

摘　　要：为了保证梳棉机高效稳定运行,根据针布针齿损伤机理,结合纤维在梳棉机中的生产路径,对梳棉机常见针布损伤部位进行分析,并提出针对性措施。指出:全面、全员、全过程主动防范针布损伤,对纺企梳理质效提升至关重要;在日常生产中,应不断分析总结针布针齿损伤成因及应对措施,不断优化工艺,坚持规范性操作和良好作业习惯,以延长针布使用寿命、确保梳棉质量。In order to ensure the efficient and stable operation of carding machine,the common card clothing damaged parts of the carding machine are analyzed according to the damage mechanism of the card clothing pin tooth and combined with the production path of the fiber in the carding machine,and the corresponding measures are put forward.It is pointed out that it is very important for textile enterprises to improve carding quality and efficiency to prevent card clothing damage in a comprehensive,all-staff and whole-process manner.In daily production,we should constantly analyze and summarize the causes of card clothing pin tooth damage and the corresponding measures,constantly optimize the process,adhere to standardized operation and good working habits,so as to extend the service life of card clothing and ensure the quality of carding cotton.
