摘　　要：为了助力纺企缓解人力资源短缺、招工难、管理难等诸多问题,在G32型细纱机上加装单锭监测系统。通过介绍单锭监测系统的配置及功能、安装注意事项,分析其在纯涤、纯棉、涤棉混纺品种的应用效果及在生产中存在问题。指出:细纱单锭监测系统在降低消耗、节约用棉、减少用工、优化锭子速度、提高产质量以及改善接头工、修机工工作方法等方面效果显著;单锭监测系统的中控纺纱管理软件,可系统地对各种生产数据进行记录和统计,纺企应根据自身实际进行使用,以优化管理模式,提升管理质效。In order to help textile enterprises alleviate the shortage of human resources,recruitment difficulties,management difficulties and many other problems,a single spindle monitoring system is installed on the G32 spinning frame.By introducing the configuration,function and installation precautions of the single spindle monitoring system,the application effect in pure polyester,pure cotton and poly/cotton blended varieties and the existing problems in production are analyzed.It is pointed out that the monitoring system of yarn single spindle is effective in reducing consumption,saving cotton,reducing labor,optimizing spindle speed,improving production quality and improving the working method of splicing worker and repair worker.The central control spinning management software of the single spindle monitoring system can systematically record and count various production data,and textile enterprises should use it according to their own actual conditions to optimize management mode and improve management quality and efficiency.
