摘　　要：为了提升标准型莱赛尔纱织造效率及布面质量,介绍用捻接强力、百根万米整经断纱数、捻接外观等综合判断捻接质量的指标,剖析捻接清纱参数设置、捻接质量检查、机械状态、通道设置、捻接器维护及其调节等对捻接质量的影响,对比不同捻接方式捻接处的纤维原纤化对成纱、布面外观的影响。指出:捻接器调节对提升标准型莱赛尔纱的捻接质量至关重要,其调节需结合络筒工序机械状态进行;日常生产应重视捻接清纱参数优化、捻接器维护以及机台、通道清洁等工作,避免捻接接头成为有害疵点;纺制用于光面织物或对原纤化敏感的织物时,注意控制水捻接头处的纤维原纤化问题。In order to improve the weaving efficiency and fabric quality of standard Lyocell yarn,the indexes for judging the splicing quality such as splicing strength,number of broken yarns in warping of ten thousand meters per hundred yarns,splicing appearance,and so on are introduced.The influence of splicing yarn clearing parameter setting,splicing quality inspection,mechanical state,channel setting,splicer maintenance and adjustment,etc.on the splicing quality is analyzed.The effect of fiber fibrillation at splicing points of different splicing methods on the appearance of yarn and fabric is compared.It is pointed out that the adjustment of splicer is very important to improve the splicing quality of standard Lyocell yarn,and its adjustment should be combined with the mechanical state of winding process.In daily production,attention should be paid to the optimization of yarn clearing parameters,maintenance of splicer,and cleaning of machine and channel,so as to avoid splicing joints to become harmful defects.When spinning yarn for glossy fabrics or fabrics that are sensitive to fibrination,attention should be paid to controlling fibrination at the water splicing joints.
