摘  要:为了减少细纱断头及毛羽,提高成纱质量,分别选配布雷克E38/0型和卡特ELB 8/0型钢丝圈,用于集聚纺CJ 14.58 tex、C 14.58 tex及赛络集聚纺CJ 14.58 tex品种;通过对比试验,对成纱质量指标进行分析。指出:注重钢丝圈选型,通过试验确定合理的使用周期,能减少断头和毛羽,保持成纱质量的稳定;在精梳集聚纺中,布雷克钢丝圈使用周期可延长至25 d,成纱指标较为稳定,更具优势;在赛络集聚纺中,卡特钢丝圈比布雷克钢丝圈成纱质量稳定,使用周期为13 d~15 d。In order to reduce broken ends and hairness of yarn,and improve yarn quality,Bracker E38/0 and Carter ELB 8/0 rings are selected for compact spinning CJ 14.58 tex,C 14.58 tex and siro-compact spinning CJ 14.58 tex yarn.The yarn quality index is analyzed by comparison test.It is pointed out that paying attention to the selection of rings and determining the reasonable service cycle through the test can reduce the broken ends and hairness and keep the stable quality of yarn.In combing compact spinning,the service cycle of Bracker ring can be extended to 25 d,and the yarn index is more stable and has more advantages.In siro-compact spinning,the yarn quality of Carter ring is more stable than that of Bracker ring,and the service cycle of Carter ring is 13 d~15 d.
