摘 要:随着新型电力系统建设的持续推进,不确定性影响日益增强,因此亟须提升电力系统的灵活性,以快速响应源荷功率波动,保证系统的安全稳定运行。为此,文中以分布式资源为切入点,对计及分布式资源的新型电力系统灵活性提升方法进行综述。首先,从新型电力系统固有特征出发,分析提升新型电力系统灵活性所面临的挑战与技术瓶颈;接着,沿着历史-当前-未来的时间脉络,分别从灵活性量化评估、灵活性优化调度、灵活性配置规划3个角度综述新型电力系统的灵活性提升路径;最后,针对上述角度,归纳总结新型电力系统灵活性提升所面临的关键难题。With the continuous advancement of new power system construction,the impact of uncertainty is becoming increasingly prominent.Consequently,it is urgent to enhance the flexibility of new power systems to respond to fluctuations in source load power and ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.To this end,this paper reviews methods for improving the flexibility of new power systems considering distributed resources.Firstly,based on the inherent characteristics of the new power system,the challenges and technical bottlenecks in improving the flexibility of the new power system are analyzed.Secondly,following the historical-current-future timeline,this paper summarizes the flexibility improvement paths of the new power system from three perspectives:flexibility quantification evaluation,flexibility optimization scheduling,and flexibility configuration planning.Finally,the key challenges in enhancing the flexibility of new power systems are summarized from the three aforementioned aspects.
