摘  要:为研究种子呼吸过程中二氧化碳(CO_(2))含量变化与种子活力之间的关系,设计了一款基于差分亥姆霍兹光声池的CO_(2)光声传感系统,并通过测量不同种子活力的南粳水稻种子的CO_(2)产生速率,对系统进行了性能测试评估。自主设计了基于现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)开发板的信号处理模块,实现了激光驱动电流的精准调控以及光声信号的解调,通过优化调制频率、激光调制深度和工作压力等系统参数,传感系统在1089 s的积分时间内获得了0.6×10^(-6)的最低检测极限。根据国标GB/T 3543.1,选用30 g南粳水稻种子进行了发芽实验,并与光声传感实验测得的CO_(2)演化浓度进行了线性拟合。结果表明,南粳水稻种子呼吸速率与种子活力成正比,二者的相关度达到0.979,为使用光声光谱技术测定水稻种子活力水平提供了参考依据。In order to investigate the relationship between variations in carbon dioxide(CO_(2))concentra⁃tion and seed vitality during respiration,a CO_(2)photoacoustic sensing system utilizing a differential Helm⁃holtz photoacoustic cell was designed.The system′s performance was evaluated by measuring the CO_(2)pro⁃duction rate of south japonica rice seeds exhibiting varying levels of vitality.An independent signal process⁃ing module based on a field programmable gate array(FPGA)development board was developed to facili⁃tate precise regulation of laser drive current and demodulation of photoacoustic signals.Through optimiza⁃tion of modulation frequency,laser modulation depth,working pressure,and other system parameters,optimal performance was achieved,with an integration time of 1089 s and a detection limit of 0.6×10^(-6).In accordance with national standard GB/T 3543.1,a germination experiment involving 30 g of south japon⁃ica rice seeds was conducted.Linear fitting analysis was performed using CO_(2)evolution concentration data obtained from the photoacoustic sensing experiment.The results demonstrate that the seed respiration rate of south japonica rice is directly proportional to seed vitality,with a correlation coefficient of 0.979.This finding provides a valuable reference for assessing rice seed vitality through photoacoustic spectroscopy.
