摘　　要：通过对陆军合成营进攻计划评估特点的研究,基于合成营作战计划影响要素多、评估对象不确定性较大等情况下,提出了运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对计划进行综合判断的评估方法,将作战计划评估中受到多因素制约的不确定问题运用模糊数学的原理进行定量评价。并通过对实际案例的应用过程进行详细描述,具体展示评估步骤和流程,为进一步的研究提供基础。By studying the evaluation of army combinatorial battalion offensive plan,based on the multiple influencing factors and high uncertainty of evaluation objects in the combat plan of the composite battalion,the evaluation method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed,which could solve the fuzzy and uncertain problem in the operational plan evaluation.Through a detailed description of the application process of the actual case,the assessment steps and processes are shown in detail to provide a basis for further research.
