摘　　要：中国式创新即中国特色和中国风格的技术创新。基于改革开放以来中国技术进步的典型事实,根据逻辑和历史相一致的原则、系统性原则和简约性原则,将中国式创新界定为“中国依托新兴大国综合优势和新型举国体制推动产业技术进步以及从模仿创新走向自主创新的典型模式”。基本的逻辑框架为:要素比较优势、技术后发优势和市场规模优势的动态耦合;技术跟随类型、技术追赶类型和技术超越类型的动态演进;研发项目制度、专利保护制度和高新技术园区的协同推进。未来发展方向为充分发挥超大规模市场优势,构建和完善以市场机制为基础的新型举国体制,从模仿创新走向自主创新并实现科技自立自强,推动中国式创新进入新境界。Chinese innovation refers to the technological innovation with Chinese characteristics and Chinese style.Based on the typical facts of China's technological progress since the reform and opening up,and based on the principles of consistency between logic and history,as well as the principles of systematism and simplicity,Chinese-style innovation is defined as "a typical model in which China relies on the comprehensive advantages of emerging powers and the new national system to promote industrial technological progress and move from imitation innovation to independent innovation".The basic logic framework is as follows:the dynamic coupling of factor comparative advantage,technology latecomer advantage and market scale advantage.The dynamic evolution of technology following type,technology catching up type and technology surpassing type.The coordination of R&D project system,patent protection system and high-tech parks.The future direction is to make use of the advantages of the super-scale market,build and improve a new nationwide system based on market mechanisms,move from imitation innovation to independent innovation to achieve scientific and technological self-reliance,so as to promote Chinese-style innovation into a new realm.
