摘　　要：21世纪无形经济正势不可遏地浮出经济社会的历史地表,成为当前引领全球经济风潮的新经济形态。从马克思主义政治经济学批判的理论视角审视,无形经济的崛起和迅猛发展与当代资本主义的数字化转型有着千丝万缕的钩连,它彰明资本的形态及积累机制摆脱“物”的直观,直抵抽象化、虚拟化、符号化的“非物”境地。无形经济的杠杆性和财富倍增效应,本质上是虚拟无形资本隐蔽宰制剩余劳动、疯狂追逐剩余价值的修辞话术,其内核依然锚定于最大化的资本价值增殖,内里深嵌着包藏祸心的资本剥削逻辑和权力扩张本性。中国无形经济的创新发展应根植于实体经济的沃土,构建无形经济与实体经济辩证综合发展的经济格局,打破惟利是图的资本逻辑,确立以人为本的社会主义财富观和发展观,将无形经济从推动资本增殖的动力机制提升为全民共享的财富创造源泉,真正实现中国式现代化经济创新发展的民主化和人民性。In the 21st century,the intangible economy is emerging irresistibly onto the historical surface of the economy and society,becoming the new economic form that leads the global economic trend at present.From the theoretical perspective of Marxist political economy critique,the rise and rapid development of the intangible economy are intricately linked with the digital transformation of contemporary capitalism.It highlights that the form and accumulation mechanism of capital have broken free from the "material" intuition,directly reaching an abstract,virtual and symbolic "non-material" state.The leverage and wealth multiplication effects of the intangible economy are essentially the rhetorical devices in which virtual intangible capital covertly dominates surplus labor and crazily pursues surplus value.Its core is still anchored in maximizing capital value proliferation,it inherently embeds the capital exploitation logic and the nature of power expansion with ulterior motives.Chinese intangible economy should be rooted in the fertile soil of the real economy,constructing an economic pattern of dialectical and comprehensive development of the intangible economy and the real economy,break the capital logic of profit seeking,establish the people-oriented sociological wealth view and development view,upgrade the intangible economy from the power mechanism of promoting capital proliferation to the source of wealth creation shared by the whole people,and truly realize the democratization and popularity of the innovative development of economy in Chinese path to modernization.
