摘　　要：区域协同培育创新型企业是党的二十大提出的进一步促进区域协调发展和加快实施创新驱动发展两大战略实施的关键内容之一。这关乎区域协调发展新格局的推进,然而既有研究对此问题讨论得并不充分,缺乏系统性的理论框架,本文对此问题进行了探索。首先,明晰了创新型企业的内涵定义,从供应观和演化观挖掘创新型企业培育的驱动因素。然后,归纳与总结区域协同发展的现有研究,进而探讨区域协同培育创新型企业的机遇、挑战与成因。在此基础上,立足“内容-过程-结果”的逻辑构建区域协同培育创新型企业的理论框架。研究结论既丰富了区域协同发展的相关研究,又为政府、企业以及市场各主体关乎协同培育创新型企业的问题提供理论指导和实践启示。Regional collaborative cultivation of innovative enterprises is one of the key elements in the implementation of the two major strategies of further promoting coordinated regional development and accelerating the implementation of innovation-driven development proposed by the 20th CPC national congress.This is related to the promotion of the new pattern of regional coordinated development,however,the existing research on this issue is not sufficiently discussed and lacks a systematic theoretical framework,which is explored in this paper.Firstly,this paper clarifies the definition of innovative enterprises,and explores the driving factors of innovative enterprises from the supply and evolutionary perspectives.Then,it summarizes the existing studies on regional synergy development and explore the opportunities,challenges and causes of regional synergy in fostering innovative enterprises.On this basis,a theoretical framework of regional collaborative cultivation of innovative enterprises is constructed based on"content-process-result".The findings of the study not only enrich the research on regional collaborative development,but also provide a certain degree of theoretical guidance and practical insights for the government,enterprises and market players on the issue of collaborative cultivation of innovative enterprises.
