摘　　要：二、商業秘密(四)規範要旨《反不正當競争法》第9條第4款規定:“本法所稱的商業秘密,是指不爲公衆所知悉、具有商業價值並經權利人採取相應保密措施的技術信息、經營信息等商業信息”。可以看出,商業秘密是與商業有關的信息,商業秘密是民事主體在商業活動中形成且掌握控制的保密信息。Ⅱ.Tradesecrets(Ⅳ)Essentials ofthestatute Article 9.4 of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law reads that"for the purpose of this Law,a trade secret means any commercial information unknown to the public,including but not limited to technology or business information,with commercial value and for which its lawful holder has taken proper confidentiality measures".
