摘　　要：專利質室是彰願創新驅動發展質虽效益的核心指標,専利質虽頁接體現着剖新質虽,而高質虽的創新是新質生溼力發展的必然要求。在新質生厓力推動高胬墨發展的背景下,隨着倭改後專利法S施綑則的正式寅施,專利法體系下的滅寅信用原則不再僅僅是原則性規定和笪示性條款。Introduction Patent quality is the key indicator that accentuates the quality and benefits of innovation-driven development,and directly reflects the quality of innovations,and high-quality innovation is an inevitable requirement for the development of new quality productive forces.
