摘 要:某地区道路建设工程部分线路位于地铁运行线路上方,重合段长度约600m,地铁结构拱顶标高与路基开挖标高净距最小约7.3 m,对地铁结构影响等级为“特级”。基坑开挖对地铁隧道结构影响的合理分析与计算是本项目实施的关键,为减小项目施工过程中大面积开挖、回填造成运营地铁线路结构变形超过规范限值的风险,软土地基加固方案采用超载预压联合换填石渣,并结合分段跳仓施工的作业方案。建立模拟道路路基施工过程的数值分析模型,结合现场监测数据,动态分析施工过程对运营地铁隧道结构安全性的影响,研究表明:隧道结构的变形值均满足规范要求,该方案对控制浅埋地铁结构的变形是可行的。Part of the road construction project in a certain area is located above the subway operating line.The length of the overlapping section is about 600 m.The minimum clear distance between the arch elevation of the subway structure and the excavation elevation of the roadbed is only 7.3 m,and the impact level on the subway structure is"special grade".The reasonable analysis and calculation of the impact of foundation pit excavation on the structure of subway tunnels is the key to the implementation of this project.In order to reduce the risk of deformation of the operating subway line structure exceeding the specification limit caused by large-scale excavation and backfilling during the project construction process,the soft soil foundation reinforcement plan adopts overload preloading combined with stone slag replacement,and combines with the operation plan of sequence methods.A numerical analysis model is established to simulate the construction process of road subgrade,and combined with on-site monitoring data,the impact of the construction process on the safety of the operating subway tunnel structure is dynamically analyzed.The study shows that the deformation values of the tunnel structure meet the regulatory requirements,and this plan is feasible for controlling the deformation of shallow buried subway structures.
