摘　　要：文章聚焦于人工智能赋能情报服务与决策的宏观认知概念、内涵与框架,旨在从内涵、逻辑与路径三个层面进行深入探讨。首先,明确了人工智能在情报服务中的内涵,指出其通过智能化手段实现情报的高效收集、深度处理、精准分析及快速传递;其次,剖析了人工智能赋能情报服务与决策的内在逻辑,包括融合创新、场景驱动和战略引领三大要素;最后,探索了人工智能赋能情报服务的具体路径,包括情报感知及数智赋能的智慧响应体系构建、场景化适配的智慧问答交互范式创新、智能化情报决策系统的内容构建与优化以及应用导向的“智慧+”情报服务与决策模式塑造。通过对这些问题的深入研究,为情报服务领域的人工智能应用提供了认知支撑和逻辑指引,有助于推动情报服务的现代化转型和创新发展。Focusing on the macro cognitive concept,connotation,and framework of empowering intelligence services and decision-making with artificial intelligence,the aim is to conduct in-depth exploration from three levels:connotation,logic,and path.Firstly,the connotation of artificial intelligence in intelligence services has been clarified,pointing out that it achieves efficient collection,deep processing,precise analysis,and rapid transmission of intelligence through intelligent means;Secondly,the internal logic of empowering intelligence services and decision-making with artificial intelligence was analyzed,including three major elements:integrated innovation,scenario driven,and strategic leadership;Finally,the specific path of empowering intelligence services with artificial intelligence was explored,including the construction of intelligent response systems for intelligence perception and digital intelligence empowerment,innovative intelligent Q&A interaction paradigms adapted to scenarios,content construction and optimization of intelligent intelligence decision-making systems,and the shaping of application-oriented"smart+"intelligence services and decision-making models.Through in-depth research on these issues,cognitive support and logical guidance have been provided for the application of artificial intelligence in the field of intelligence services,which helps to promote the modernization transformation and innovative development of intelligence services.
