摘　　要：智能化背景下,人工智能在科学研究中的广泛应用对科研人员的素养提出了新的挑战。文章基于偏最小二乘法的结构方程模型,探究科研人员的AI素养、AI焦虑与科研场景下人工智能使用意愿的关系,并分析智力谦逊的调节效应,为缓解科研人员的AI焦虑、提升人工智能的使用意愿,以及促进人工智能技术与科学研究的有效融合提供理论和实践指导。研究发现,AI素养与人工智能使用意愿呈正相关关系,AI焦虑在AI素养与人工智能使用意愿之间起中介作用,AI素养通过减少AI焦虑,提高人工智能使用意愿。智力谦逊可以削弱工作替代焦虑对人工智能使用意愿的负向影响,增强学术伦理焦虑对使用意愿的负向影响。研究鼓励科研人员强化人工智能的知识学习,提高人工智能使用和判断能力,保持对人工智能的开放态度和改变已有人工智能观点的开放性。Under the background of intelligence,AI is widely used in all aspects of scientific research,which poses new challenges to researchers'literacy.This study explored the influencing factors of AI anxiety and use willingness among researchers to provide guidance for alleviating researchers'AI anxiety,improving their use willingness,and better integrating AI into scientific research.This article is based on a structural equation model using partial least squares method to explore the relationship between researchers'AI literacy,AI anxiety,and use willingness in research scenarios,and to analyze the moderating effect of intellectual humility.It was found that AI literacy is positively correlated with AI use willingness,AI anxiety mediates AI literacy and AI use willingness,and AI literacy reduces AI anxiety,which in turn enhances AI use willingness.Intellectual humility attenuates the negative effect of job replacement anxiety on use willingness and enhances the negative effect of academic ethics anxiety on use willingness.The study encourages researchers to enhance their knowledge of artificial intelligence,improve their ability to use and judge AI,maintain an open attitude towards AI and openness of changing existing views on AI.
