摘  要:【目的】了解‘豫济’山桐子苗期的抗旱能力,为其推广种植提供理论参考。【方法】以2年生‘豫济’山桐子为试验材料,设置CK、轻度干旱(D1)、中度干旱(D2)、重度干旱(D3)、持续干旱(D4)共5个处理,CK、D1、D2、D3处理的土壤相对含水量分别为75%、30%、20%、10%,D4处理为一次性浇透后不再浇水。每10 d测定1次株高、地径和叶片形态;分别在干旱胁迫前期(试验第0天)、干旱胁迫中期(各胁迫处理苗木存活时间的1/2)、干旱胁迫末期(苗木整株枯死,试验结束)时,对各处理苗木的根系形态特征和生物量进行测定。探究干旱胁迫下苗木在形态结构、细胞膜系统、渗透调节物质和内源激素等方面的变化。【结果】D1、D2处理苗木全部存活,D3、D4处理苗木分别存活30、60 d。短时间的轻度干旱胁迫能够促进苗木根系生长。胁迫末期,随着胁迫程度的加强,叶长、叶宽、着叶数量、株高增量、地径增量、根体积、根表面积、根长、根系密度逐渐降低。可溶性蛋白含量逐渐降低,MDA含量和相对电导率逐渐升高,IAA、GA_(3)和ZR含量表现为轻、中度干旱胁迫下逐渐升高,重度和持续干旱胁迫下降低。D3处理后期可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量迅速升高;D4处理后期可溶性糖含量迅速升高、脯氨酸含量先升高后降低。【结论】‘豫济’山桐子对干旱较为敏感,能够通过延缓生长、损失部分生物量、提高渗透调节物含量、增加激素水平来适应不同程度的干旱,适度的干旱可以促进苗木的生长发育,可以将土壤相对含水量20%作为临界点。【Objective】To understand the drought tolerance of Idesia polycarpa‘Yuji’seedling to provide theoretical reference for its popularization and planting.【Method】The 2-year-old I.polycarpa‘YuJi’was used as the test material,and a total of five treatments were set up,namely,CK,mild drought(D1),moderate drought(D2),severe drought(D3),and persistent drought(D4),and the relative soil moisture content of the CK,D1,D2,and D3 treatments were 75%,30%,20%,and 10%,respectively,and the D4 treatment was a one-time watering and then no more watering.Plant height,diameter and leaf morphology were measured once every 10 d.The root morphology and biomass of the seedlings in each treatment were measured in the pre-drought stress period(day 0 of the experiment),mid-drought stress period(1/2 of the survival time of the seedlings in each stress treatment),and the end of the drought stress period(the whole seedling died,and the end of the experiment),respectively.Changes in morphological structure,cell membrane system,osmoregulatory substances and endogenous hormones of seedlings under drought stress were investigated.【Result】Seedlings in D1 and D2 treatments all survived,while seedlings in D3 and D4 treatments survived for 30 d and 60 d,respectively.Short periods of mild drought stress promoted seedling root growth.At the end of the stress period,as the level of stress intensifies,leaf length,leaf width,number of leaves bearing,plant height increment,ground diameter increment,root volume,root surface area,root length,root density gradually decreased.Gradual decreased in soluble protein content,MDA content and relative conductivity gradually increased,IAA,GA_(3)and ZR content showed a gradual increase under mild and moderate drought stress,and a decrease under severe and persistent drought stress.soluble sugar content and proline content increased rapidly in the late stage of D3 treatment;Soluble sugar content increased rapidly and proline content increased and then decreased at the end of D4 treatment.【Conclusion�
