摘  要:【目的】为汉源地区花椒的产地鉴定和品质分级提供参考。【方法】选取汉源县不同乡镇的20个花椒材料作为样品,采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备汉源花椒挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行挥发油成分的分析和鉴定,采用峰面积归一法计算组分的相对质量分数,采用聚类分析和主成分分析进行分类,再运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似性评价系统软件构建指纹图谱并计算相似度。【结果】从汉源地区花椒挥发性物质中分离出60多种成分,20份样品的挥发性成分相近且种类差别较小,包括烯烃类、醇类、酯类、烷烃类、苯类、酮类、呋喃类、酸类、醛类等,其中前3类的相对质量分数较高。分类分析结果表明20份花椒样品不存在差异较大的样品,满足建立指纹图谱的条件。通过构建汉源地区花椒挥发性成分指纹图谱,标定出19个共有峰为汉源花椒挥发性物质特征峰,分别为α-蒎烯、桧烯、β-水芹烯、β-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、D-柠檬烯、β-罗勒烯、紫苏烯、芳樟醇、香茅醛、α-松油醇、香芹酮、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸松油酯、橙花醇乙酸酯、乙酸香叶酯、石竹烯、γ-枫香脂、大根香叶烯D,各样品的图谱与对照图谱的相似度均在0.9以上,表明建立的指纹图谱可靠。【结论】完成了挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱的构建,该指纹图谱可用于汉源地区花椒的产地鉴定、品质评价及种质资源研究。【Objective】To provide data support for origin identification and quality classification of Zanthoxylum bungeanum from Sichuan Hanyuan area.【Method】20 Z.bungeanum samples,sourced from diverse townships in Hanyuan county,were selected.The volatile oil of the samples was prepared by steam distillation method,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analyzed and identified volatile oil components,peak area normalization calculated the relative mass fraction of components,cluster analysis and principal component analysis facilitated classification.Then,the TCM(traditional Chinese medicines)chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System(2012A edition)software was used to construct the fingerprint chromatograms and calculate the similarities.【Result】More than 60 volatile components of Z.bungeanum from Sichuan Hanyuan area were isolated.The volatile components of the 20 samples were similar and the types of volatile substances were little different,which could be divided into olefins,alcohols,esters,alkanes,benzenes,ketones,furans,acids and aldehydes.Among them,the relatively high content of compounds were olefin,alcohol and ester.The results of classification analysis showed that there was little difference among 20 Z.bungeanum samples from Hanyuan,which met the conditions of establishing fingerprint.The fingerprint of volatile oil of Hanyuan Z.bungeanum was constructed,and 19 peaks were identified as the feature volatile components of Z.bungeanum from Hanyuan,and the similarity of the gaschromatogram was above 0.9,indicating that the established fingerprint was reliable.【Conclusion】The construction of GC-MS fingerprint of volatile oil has been completed,which can provide certain data support for the identification of the origin,quality grading,and exploration of evolutionary relationships of Z.bungeanum from Hanyuan.
