摘 要:基于1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐/二甲基亚砜(BMIMAOC/DMSO)(w/w=1∶1)体系,提出了一种废旧棉纺织品的直接回收方法。研究了废旧棉纺织品在BMIMAOC/DMSO中的溶解性能、降解情况以及纤维素溶液的流变性能,并通过正交试验获取最优纺丝工艺。结果表明:BMIMAOC/DMSO体系可以在60℃下对纤维素进行温和高效的溶解,纤维素降解度较低;纤维素/BMIMAOC/DMSO溶液为假塑性流体,在1%~3%(wt)的纤维素浓度范围内,浓度对零剪切粘度活化能没有显著影响,但粘度活化能随着剪切速率的增加而降低;在纤维素质量浓度3%(wt)、凝固浴的浓度为5%(wt)、凝固浴的温度为25℃、牵伸比8的纺丝工艺下,制备得到的再生纤维素纤维的强度为2.36cN/dtex。Based on the 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole acetate/dimethyl sulfoxide(BMIMAOC/DMSO)(w/w=1∶1)system,a direct recycling method for waste cotton textiles was proposed.The dissolution properties and degradation of waste cotton textiles in BMIMAOC/DMSO and the rheological properties of the cellulose solution were studied.The optimal spinning process was obtained through orthogonal experiments.The results indicate that the BMIMAOC/DMSO system can dissolve cellulose mildly and efficiently at 60℃ with low cellulose degradation.The cellulose/BMIMAOC/DMSO solution is a pseudoplastic fluid.In the cellulose concentration range of 1%(wt)to 3%(wt)the zero shear viscosity activation energy is not significantly affected by the concentration,but decreases with the increase of the shear rate.The strength of the regenerated cellulose fibres is 2.36 cN/dtex under the spinning process with a cellulose concentration of 3%(wt),a coagulation bath concentration of 5%(wt),a coagulation bath temperature of 25℃ and a draw ratio of 8.
