摘  要:作为自然界广泛分布的高分子聚合物,纤维素可与其他材料复合形成性能优异的纤维素基复合水凝胶,并在众多领域广泛应用。在生物医学工程领域,基于其优异的生物相容性、可控降解性能及与生物体良好的界面相互作用等特性,该材料体系为突破传统诊疗手段的局限性开辟了创新性解决方案。文中系统总结了纤维素基复合水凝胶在医学领域的研究进展,首先概述了纤维素基复合水凝胶的制备方法,介绍了不同制备方法的原料组合与性能特点;同时,阐述了纤维素基复合水凝胶在不同医学领域内的应用情况,重点介绍其在药物输送、抗菌止血和医疗废水吸附领域的独特优势。另外,也对纤维素基复合水凝胶的未来研究方向进行展望,为该型材料的发展与应用提供参考。As a polymer widely distributed in nature,cellulose can be combined with other materials to form cellulose-based composite hydrogels with excellent performance,which have been extensively applied in various fields.This article systematically summarizes the research progress of cellulose-based composite hydrogels in the medical field.First,it outlines the preparation methods for cellulose-based composite hydrogels and presents the raw material combinations and performance characteristics of different approaches.Additionally,it discusses the application of these hydrogels in various medical areas,focusing on their distinct advantages in drug delivery,antibacterial hemostasis,and the adsorption of medical wastewater.Finally,the article looks ahead to future research directions for cellulose-based composite hydrogels,providing insights for the development and application of this material.
