摘 要:多孔纤维素微球因其基材纤维素来源广泛、价格低廉、可生物降解且具有良好的生物安全性,被广泛应用于生物大分子的分离与纯化。文章综述了多孔纤维素微球的制备研究进展,综述了落球法、乳化法、静电喷雾法、微流控法、微生物发酵法等制备多孔纤维素微球的研究进展,并介绍了化学修饰、物理共混及官能化与交联等多孔纤维素微球的功能化策略。Porous cellulose microspheres are widely used in the separation and purification of biomacromolecules due to their abundant and low-cost raw material(cellulose),renewability,and excellent biological safety.The paper reviews the research progress in the preparation of porous cellulose microspheres,introduces the progress in preparing these microspheres using methods such as the falling-drop method,emulsification method,electrostatic spray method,microfluidic method,and microbial fermentation method.Additionally,it discusses the functionalization strategies for porous cellulose microspheres,including chemical modification,physical blending,functionalization,and crosslinking.
