摘  要:农牧业绿色发展的研究对西北地区生态保护和经济发展具有重要意义。基于青海省2011—2020年的时间序列数据,以“驱动力—压力—状态—影响—响应”(DPSIR)模型为基础构建评价指标体系,结合障碍度模型对青海省农牧业绿色发展水平和障碍因子进行分析。结果表明:(1)青海省农牧业绿色发展水平呈现逐年上升的趋势,综合评价指数从2011年的0.22增加至2020年的0.71,绿色发展水平由良好上升至优异;驱动力、压力和影响子系统权重得分增长较为迅速,有力的拉动了整体农牧业绿色发展水平的提高。(2)前期青海省农牧业绿色发展主要障碍因子为污水治理率,但其障碍作用呈现波动下降的趋势;后期草场危害防治率的障碍作用上升,在2019年后成为最大的障碍因子。The research on the green development of agriculture and animal husbandry is of great significance to the ecological protection and economic development of Northwest China.Based on the time series data of Qinghai Province from 2011 to 2020,the evaluation index system was constructed based on the"driving force-pressure-state-impact-response"(DPSIR),and the green development level and obstacle factors of agriculture and animal husbandry in Qinghai Province were analyzed by combining the obstacle degree model.The results showed that:(1)The green development level of agriculture and animal husbandry in Qinghai Province showed a trend of increasing year by year,and the comprehensive evaluation index increased from 0.22 in 2011 to 0.71 in 2020,and the green development level increased from good to excellent;the weight scores of driving force,pressure and impact subsystem increased rapidly,which effectively drove the improvement of the overall green development level of agriculture and animal husbandry.(2)In the early stage,the main obstacle factor to the green development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Qinghai Province was the sewage treatment rate,but its obstacle effect showed a trend of fluctuation and decline.The obstacle effect of grassland hazard prevention and control rate increased in the later stage,and became the biggest obstacle factor after 2019.
