关中地区水资源承载力综合评价及耦合协调性研究

摘  要:水资源承载力综合评价对于水资源合理利用与区域协调发展至关重要。针对关中地区6个市(区)构建水资源—社会—经济—生态4个准则层的评价指标体系,综合运用组合权重—灰色关联TOPSIS模型和耦合协调发展模型,定量评价该地区2012—2020年水资源承载力以及各子系统间的耦合协调关系。结果表明:从时间上看,2012—2020年关中地区水资源承载力呈现先缓慢增大再减小后增大趋势,处于临界状态(Ⅲ级),趋向良性发展;从空间上看,中西部市(区)水资源承载力偏高,但均没有达到可承载水平;从子系统差异性看,各子系统间差异较小,生态系统评价值最低;从耦合协调度看,关中地区水资源—社会—经济—生态环境耦合协调度处于初级协调发展状态,除杨凌外,其他市(区)耦合协调度都逐渐向中级协调过渡。研究结果对促进关中地区水资源合理利用具有重要的理论意义,同时为区域绿色协调高质量发展提供借鉴。The comprehensive evaluation of water resources carrying capacity is very important for the rational utilization of water resources and regional coordinated development.In view of 6 cities in Guanzhong region,an evaluation index system covering four criteria layers such as water,social,economic and ecological is constructed.The water resources carrying capacity and the coupling coordination relationship among subsystems from 2012 to 2020 in this region was quantitatively evaluated by the combination weight-grey correlation TOPSIS model and coupling coordinated development model.The results show that in the time dimension,the water resources carrying capacity in Guanzhong region showed a trend of slow increase,then decrease,and then increased from 2012 to 2020,which was in a critical state(levelⅢ)and tended to be benign.In the spatial dimension,the carrying capacity of water resources in central and western cities is high,but not up to the carrying capacity level.According to the difference of subsystems,the difference among subsystems is small,and the ecosystem evaluation value is the lowest.In the perspective of coupling coordination degree,the coupling coordination degree of water resources,society,economy and ecological environment in Guanzhong region is in a state of primary coordinated development.Other cities gradually change to intermediate coordination degree except Yangling.The research results have important theoretical significance for promoting the rational utilization of water resources in Guanzhong region,and provide reference for green coordinated and high-quality development of the region.
