四川盆周山区城镇化与生态韧性耦合协调研究——以四川省雅安市为例

摘  要:四川盆周山区地貌类型复杂,长期面临地震等地质灾害的风险威胁。近年来快速城镇化进程与区域生态空间脆弱性矛盾加剧,亟待解决。研究以雅安市为例,通过构建城镇化与生态韧性评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型对2010—2020年雅安市城镇化与生态韧性耦合协调度进行评估。研究结果表明:(1)雅安市城镇化进程及城镇化水平受区域地貌类型、生态脆弱区分布影响,呈现空间分布的不均衡性;(2)根据2010—2020年评估数据,雅安市城镇化水平逐年递增,而生态韧性水平逐年降低,城镇化水平与生态韧性水平呈负相关;就空间分布而言,区域内东部城镇化水平高而生态韧性水平低,中部、南部城镇化水平较低而生态韧性较高;(3)实证研究表明:城镇化与生态韧性协调度是四川盆周山区城镇化健康发展的调控指针,提高区域生态韧性水平是促进区域城镇化与生态韧性高水平耦合协调发展的有效路径,是降低类似生态脆弱地区自然灾害风险威胁的前提和基础。据此,研究提出雅安市城镇化和生态韧性协调发展的对策与建议。With complex landform characteristics in the surrounding mountainous areas of the Sichuan Basin,cities confront with long-term risks and threats by earthquakes and other geological disasters.In recent years,the contradictions between the rapid urbanization process and the vulnerability of the regional ecological space have intensified,which needs to be resolved urgently.This study used Ya’an city as an empirical case,by creating evaluation indices of urbanization and ecological resilience,as well as evaluation model of coupling coordination,and the coupling coordination degree during periods from 2010 to 2020 had been evaluated.The results are as follows.(1)The urbanization acceleration and level are primarily affected by landform typology and distributions of ecotone in Yan’an,which presents imbalanced urbanization level and process in spatial distribution.(2)According to the data from 2010 to 2020,the urbanization level increased but the level of ecological resilience decreased conversely,which indicated the negative correlations between urbanization and ecological resilience.Specific to spatial distribution,the eastern areas presented high urbanization level but low level of ecological resilience,and the middle and southern areas showed low urbanization level but high level of ecological resilience.(3)This empirical case indicates that the coordination degree between urbanization and ecological resilience is the regulating indicators for the healthy development of urbanization in the mountainous areas around Sichuan Basin.And approaches of enhancing the regional ecological resilience level is proved to be efficiency for promoting high-level coupling coordination development between urbanization and ecological resilience,and this is also the prerequisite and foundation for reducing risks and threats of natural disasters in those similar ecological vulnerability areas.Accordingly,solutions and strategies are initially proposed for coordination development between urbanization and ecological resilience of Yan
