甲哌鎓对中国南方红壤侵蚀区芒萁抗旱性的诱导

摘  要:全球气候变暖使干旱胁迫愈发严重,生态环境因此面临挑战。芒萁是南方红壤侵蚀区水土流失治理和生态修复的重要植物,增强其抗旱性以覆盖环境恶劣区域是该区的治理关键之一,而甲哌鎓能够促进植物抗逆性。因此,选择了南方红壤侵蚀区典型代表长汀县为样地,从形态性状、养分和逆境生理三个方面探讨甲哌鎓喷施对芒萁抗旱性的诱导。结果表明,甲哌鎓使干旱胁迫下芒萁叶面积、比叶面积、叶片相对含水率变小,而叶组织密度和叶干物质含量增加,叶厚度基本不变;甲哌鎓喷施显著促进芒萁N和P的积累,最终使干旱胁迫样地和对照样地芒萁N含量无显著差异;甲哌鎓喷施促使脯氨酸含量增加但未提高抗氧化酶活性。隶属函数法综合评价结果表明300 mg·L^(-1)浓度的甲哌鎓喷施对芒萁抗旱性的诱导效果较好。综上,甲哌鎓能够通过影响叶片形态性状和养分吸收与积累以提高芒萁抗旱性,并一定程度上诱导芒萁抗旱生理。Global warming has made drought stress more serious and thus the ecological environment is facing challenges.Dicranopteris pedata is one of the important plants for soil and water conservation and ecological restoration in the red soil erosion areas of southern China.Enhancing the drought resistance of Dicranopteris pedata to cover areas of harsh environment is one of the key factors in managing red soil erosion in this area,and Mepiquat Chloride is able to promote plant resilience.Therefore,Changting County,a typical representative of the southern red soil erosion zone,was selected as a sample site to explore the induction of drought resistence in Dicranopteris pedata by Mepiquat Chloride application from three aspects morphological traits,nutrients and stress physiology.The results showed that Mepiquat Chloride caused a decrease in leaf area,specific leaf area,and relative water content of Dicranopteris pedata under drought stress,but increased leaf tissue density and leaf dry matter content,while leaf thickness remained basically unchanged.Mepiquat Chloride application significantly promoted the accumulation of N and P of Dicranopteris pedata,and finally there was no significant difference in N content of Dicranopteris pedata between the drought-stressed plots and control plots.Mepiquat Chloride application caused an increase in proline content,but did not improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes.The results of comprehensive evaluation of membership function method showed that Mepiquat Chloride application with a concentration of 300 mg·L^(-1) had a better effect on inducing drought resistence of Dicranopteris pedata.In conclusion,Mepiquat Chloride can improve the drought resistance of Dicranopteris pedata by affecting leaf morphological traits and nutrient absortion and accumulation,and induce drought resistance physiology of Dicranopteris pedata to a certain extent.
