摘 要:为利用桥梁裂缝信息评定桥梁承载能力,对某RC梁桥进行调研分析,确定了以最大裂缝宽度、平均裂缝高度和平均裂缝间距为统计参数的承载力评定方法。通过有限元软件ABAQUS对三个因素进行模拟分析,发现裂缝宽度对抗弯承载力的最大影响约为4.8%,裂缝高度的最大影响约为20%,裂缝间距的最大影响约为10%。采用拉丁超立方抽样得到三个因素的不同组合情况,进而得到不同裂缝特征参数下的抗弯承载率;使用SPSS软件进行多因素线性回归分析,得到裂缝特征参数和承载能力折减系数的数学表达式,进而得到裂缝特征与检算系数的对应关系;由检测结果得到承载力恶化系数、截面折减系数,代入结构抗力表达式验算,从而评定桥梁承载能力。以一座简支T梁桥为例,使用该方法评定,并与荷载实验结果对比,验证了该方法的安全性、经济性。To evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge through the crack information,the maximum crack width,maximum crack height and average crack spacing were chosen as the statistical parameters based on the information of one RC beam bridge.The simu-lation of the three parameters with ABAQUS software showed that the maximum effect of crack width on flexural load capacity was about 4.8%,the maximum effect of crack height about 20%,and the maximum effect of crack spacing about 10%.Latin hypercube sam-pling was used to obtain different combinations of the three factors,hence to obtain the corresponding flexural bearing capacity.And SPSS software was used to address the multi-factor linear regression analysis,hence to obtain the expression based on the crack index and the reduction coefficient of the bearing capacity,as well as the corresponding relationship between the crack index and the check-ing coefficient.The deterioration coefficients of the bearing capacity and the cross-section reduction coefficients obtained from the test results were substituted into the structural resistance expression for checking in order to assess the bearing capacity of the bridge.The evaluation method was applied to a simple support T-girder bridge,which proved its reliability and economy.
